Above all passionate, I like to create and innovate in the world of spirit drinks.
Every day we discover or rediscover a new sensation, a new aroma, a new flavor.
Every day we learn, we meet fervent actors and demanding consumers.
For more than 8 years working in applied R&D among various structures (large group, smaller company and public institution), including 5.5 years as Research & Development Director, I managed many projects and developed several iconic products.
My product and process expertise as well as my cross-disciplinary skills (marketing, legal, customs or even tax credit research), in addition to my network, are all assets used for quality achievements.
